We are seeking skilled Molding, Coremaking, and Casting Machine Setters, Operators, and Tenders to join our Birmingham foundry team. You'll be responsible for operating and maintaining foundry equipment to produce superior grey iron castings. This role requires expertise in handling molten iron and ensuring high-quality production standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare molds for casting by using proper techniques and tools.
• Operate and maintain foundry machinery and equipment.
• Monitor the pouring process and verify safety standards are followed.
• Conduct routine inspections of machinery to prevent breakdowns.
• Assist in training new operators on best practices in foundry techniques.
