We are seeking an experienced UX Research Lead to enhance our design capabilities. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of user research methodologies and a passion for improving user experiences across our platforms.
Responsibilities
Design and conduct user research studies to gather qualitative and quantitative data.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure user insights inform product design.
Create user journey maps and experience prototypes to illustrate findings.
Identify usability issues and recommend solutions through iterative design processes.
Organise focus groups to gain deeper understanding of user motivations.
Develop and implement user testing protocols to evaluate product effectiveness.
Engage in continuous learning and adaptation of best practices in UX research.
Foster a culture of user advocacy within the organisation.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, or a related field
Master's degree preferred
Experience
5+ years of experience in UX research or user experience design
