UX Designer

Job Description

We are seeking a talented UX Designer to join our Bristol team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating user-friendly designs that enhance our digital products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to all stages of the design process.

Responsibilities

• Lead user research initiatives to validate design concepts.
• Produce high-quality visual designs and prototypes, ensuring they align with brand guidelines.
• Work closely with marketing teams to create user-centric marketing materials.
• Facilitate workshops and design critiques to foster a collaborative design culture.
• Utilize analytics and user feedback to refine and enhance existing user experiences.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in UX design
