Responsibilities

• Strategise and develop compelling creative briefs for various projects.

• Manage client relationships and ensure satisfaction with design services.

• Continuously explore new design methodologies and technologies.
• Assist in hiring and training new creative staff members.
• Evaluate team performance and implement enhancement plans.
• Balance multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Seek client feedback and implement changes as necessary.
• Create and maintain a design style guide for reference.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related discipline
• Additional certifications in design or marketing a plus

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years in an Art Director role or similar
