Job Description

We are searching for a skilled Hand Molder to join our dedicated production team. The successful candidate will demonstrate expertise in creating intricate molds by hand using a range of materials and techniques. This position requires a keen eye for detail to ensure that all molds meet precise specifications, contributing to our commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Produce molds that meet precise specifications using hand tools and techniques.
• Regularly assess mold integrity and adjust processes as necessary.
• Interface with quality control to align on product standards.
• Document molding procedures and results for future reference.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals and obstacles.

Requirements

Education

• Training/apprenticeship in molding or relevant field preferred.

Experience

• Experience in the plastics and rubber industry preferred.

Languages

• English: Fluent
