Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Supply Chain Manager to join our team in Birmingham. This role involves overseeing supply chain operations, managing supplier relationships, and optimising logistics to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Lead procurement activities and negotiate contracts.
  • Manage order fulfilment processes from supplier to customer.
  • Implement inventory control measures to optimize stock levels.
  • Monitor shipping and logistics operations for improvements.
  • Establish supply chain KPIs and report performance to senior management.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or similar discipline
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in supply chain management
