Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Supply Chain Manager to join our team in Birmingham. This role involves overseeing supply chain operations, managing supplier relationships, and optimising logistics to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Responsibilities
Lead procurement activities and negotiate contracts.
Manage order fulfilment processes from supplier to customer.
Implement inventory control measures to optimize stock levels.
Monitor shipping and logistics operations for improvements.
Establish supply chain KPIs and report performance to senior management.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or similar discipline
Master's degree preferred
Experience
5+ years of hands-on experience in supply chain management
