Job Description

Looking for a Wind Energy Operations Manager who will lead our wind energy maintenance team, responsible for ensuring all turbine operations adhere to safety standards and efficiency metrics. Experience in wind turbine maintenance and team management is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily operations of wind turbine maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules.
  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance procedures.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders to align on operational goals.
  • Oversee the hiring and training of new team members.
  • Implement strategies to enhance team performance and safety.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations of the team.
  • Review and analyse maintenance reports and recommend improvements.
  • Engage in continuous learning to remain knowledgeable about wind technology advancements.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred
Experience
  • Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role is advantageous.
