Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team in Watford. In this role, you will be responsible for optimising warehouse operations, improving efficiency, and ensuring accurate inventory management. Ideal candidates will have experience in logistics and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the smooth operation of goods receipt and shipment.
• Analyse warehouse performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain an organised and safe warehouse environment.
• Work closely with logistics team to ensure timely deliveries.
• Assist in managing vendor relationships and procurement processes.
• Track key performance indicators and report findings to management.
• Implement training programs for staff on safety and operational procedures.
• Assist in the resolution of customer inquiries related to order fulfilment.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or Logistics is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a warehouse setting

Languages

• English: Fluent
