We are seeking a skilled Installation Engineer to join our team in Keighley. This role involves overseeing installation projects, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and providing technical support on-site. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in engineering installations and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple installation projects simultaneously.
• Prepare cost estimates and project timelines.
• Implement safety protocols to mitigate risks on-site.
• Develop strong relationships with clients for repeat business.
• Assess and utilize the latest installation techniques and tools.
• Document all installation procedures for future reference.
• Training and development of junior engineers and technicians.
• Participate in client meetings to address project updates.
• Assist in recruitment of new installation staff as needed.
• Review and revise installation processes for efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Additional qualifications in Health and Safety Management are a plus.

• 5+ years of relevant field experience
