• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Master's degree preferred
• AutoCAD Proficient in AutoCAD for detailed architectural plans.
• Revit Experience with Revit for 3D modeling and design.
• Sustainable Design Practices Deep knowledge of eco-friendly architecture and building materials.
• Communication Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Project Management Skilled in overseeing project timelines and budgets.
• Chartered Architect status
• Sustainable Architecture Certification
• English (Fluent)

• Experience with site regeneration projects: Hands-on experience in converting previously developed sites to sustainable spaces.
• Success in community engagement: Ability to work effectively with local communities to gather input and feedback on projects.
