• Perform data analysis to enhance energy output from wind turbines.
• Implement performance improvement solutions and track effectiveness.
• Work closely with maintenance teams to maximise turbine reliability.
• Present findings to stakeholders and recommend improvements.
• Effectively communicate complex technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Oversee the development of operational protocols for wind turbine inspection.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with the Data Analytics team to integrate performance data.
• Assist in budgeting and project planning for new initiatives.
• Contribute to research and development efforts to establish best practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or related field
• Master's degree in Renewable Energy, Energy Engineering, or related field (preferred)
• Data analysis Proficient in using data analysis tools to monitor wind turbine performance.
• SCADA systems Understanding of wind turbine SCADA systems for performance monitoring.
• Matlab or Python Skilled in programming for data analysis and simulations.
• Technical writing Ability to produce clear, concise, and comprehensive reports on findings.
• Problem-solving Exceptional skills in identifying and resolving performance issues.
• Team collaboration Experienced in working effectively within cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail Meticulous approach to operational analysis and reporting.
• Communication Excellent skills in conveying technical information to diverse audiences.
• Certified Energy Manager (CEM)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) (preferred)
• English (Fluent)

• Experience with SCADA systems: Hands-on experience with SCADA systems used in wind energy monitoring.
• Familiarity with turbine maintenance: Experience in maintenance procedures and regular inspections of wind turbines.
