Job Description

We are currently seeking a Cashier Host to join our lively team. The Cashier Host will play a pivotal role in enhancing our customers' shopping experience by providing excellent service, processing payments swiftly, and ensuring smooth transactions.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Process transactions accurately and manage cash flow effectively.
  • Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the checkout area.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
  • Work collaboratively in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Assist with promotional events and in-store merchandising.
  • Participate in team meetings to contribute to store performance improvement.
  • Keep up-to-date with product promotions and changes.
  • Train new cashiers on procedures and best practices.
  • Engage in upselling and cross-selling to enhance sales opportunities.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience
  • Experience in the retail or hospitality sector preferred.
