Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Heating Systems Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in installing, repairing, and maintaining various heating systems in residential and commercial properties. The role involves working closely with clients to ensure efficient heating solutions and adhering to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Install and calibrate various heating systems, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Conduct thorough inspections and assessments to determine the most suitable heating solutions.
• Assist customers with user instructions and system demonstrations.
• Perform regular maintenance checks to identify and resolve system malfunctions.
• Cooperate with design engineers to review technical drawings and specifications.
• Keep a clean workspace and ensure tools and equipment are properly handled.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients, providing updates on project progress.
• Participate in relevant training to stay abreast of new technologies and best practices.
• Document all work performed, including issues encountered and solutions implemented.
• Respond promptly to emergency repair requests.

Requirements

Education

• NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing and Heating or equivalent
• Additional certifications in renewable energy systems installation desired

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in heating systems installation and maintenance, especially in a commercial setting.
