• Follow stringent safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Provide mentorship to junior assemblers within the team.
• Engage in equipment maintenance as required to ensure smooth operations.
• Lead initiatives to streamline assembly processes and enhance productivity.
• Actively participate in team meetings to share insights and improvements.
• Report any discrepancies in assembly components to the supervisor immediately.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Relevant vocational or technical certification

Experience

• Previous experience in gas turbine assembly or a related field is highly desirable.
