Industrial Machinery Mechanic

Job Description

As an Industrial Machinery Mechanic, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing machinery and equipment in a designated geographical area. You will diagnose mechanical issues, perform routine maintenance, and ensure all machinery operates efficiently to support our production goals.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery in accordance with company standards.
• Help develop maintenance schedules and ensure adherence to them.
• Train and mentor junior mechanics in troubleshooting techniques.
• Work with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency.
• Utilize diagnostic tools for effective problem-solving.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline maintenance processes.

Requirements

Education

• Technical diploma or higher in mechanical engineering

Experience

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in machinery repair and maintenance.

Technical Skills

• Electrical Systems Knowledge
• Hydraulic Systems

Soft Skills

• Time Management

Certifications

• HGV license (preferred)
• Forklift License (optional)

Languages

• English: Fluent
