Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Churn Tender to join our team. As a Churn Tender, you will be responsible for overseeing the churn process, ensuring all churned products are handled efficiently and effectively. The role calls for an individual with keen attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire churn process from start to finish.
  • Implement continuous improvements to the churn operations.
  • Conduct routine checks on product quality and machinery operation.
  • Keep detailed records of churned products and settings.
  • Collaborate with quality assurance to uphold standards.
  • Assist in training new employees on machinery operation.
  • Manage supplies and inventory for churn operations.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and safety standards.
  • Engage in regular team meetings to discuss workflow efficiency.
  • Create reports on production metrics and suggest improvements.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Relevant certifications in food safety or quality control are advantageous
Experience
  • At least 2 years in a similar role within the dairy or food processing industry.
Technical Skills
