Job Description

As a Coating, Painting, and Spraying Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in our production process by operating and maintaining machinery used to apply protective coatings. Attention to detail and adherence to safety standards are paramount in this role.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate recoating equipment, ensuring proper functioning.
• Mix and prepare coating materials according to specifications.
• Apply coatings using appropriate methods and equipment.
• Inspect and clean surfaces before applying coatings.
• Troubleshoot machinery issues and perform basic repairs.
• Document production outputs and maintain logs of operational activities.
• Assist in training new operators on the equipment and procedures.
• Work collaboratively with the production team to achieve targets.

Requirements

Education

• Preferred vocational or technical certifications.

Experience

• Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage.
