Job Description

As a Broadloom Weaver, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining broadloom weaving machines to produce high-quality textiles. We're looking for someone skilled in various weaving techniques to join our dynamic production team.

Responsibilities

  • Set up looms by threading yarns as per design specifications.
  • Monitor production processes and make adjustments as required.
  • Conduct regular quality checks on finished goods.
  • Engage with the team to strategize on meeting daily output goals.
  • Keep detailed records of machine settings and adjustments.
  • Audit production for efficiency and suggest improvements.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Vocational training in textile manufacturing or a related field
Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in broadloom weaving
