As a Broadloom Weaver, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining broadloom weaving machines to produce high-quality textiles. We're looking for someone skilled in various weaving techniques to join our dynamic production team.
Responsibilities
Set up looms by threading yarns as per design specifications.
Monitor production processes and make adjustments as required.
Conduct regular quality checks on finished goods.
Engage with the team to strategize on meeting daily output goals.
Keep detailed records of machine settings and adjustments.
Audit production for efficiency and suggest improvements.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Vocational training in textile manufacturing or a related field
Experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience in broadloom weaving
