The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for skiing, enabling them to teach individuals and groups effectively. You will create tailored lesson plans to enhance each student's experience while ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment on the slopes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ski lessons for individuals and groups, focusing on skill development.
• Create engaging lesson plans that cater to different skill levels.
• Provide ongoing feedback to students, fostering confidence and improvement.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants while skiing.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the ski school.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ski Instructor certification (Level 2 or higher)

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in skiing instruction.

Technical Skills

• Skiing Expertise

Certifications

• First Aid and CPR certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of ski equipment and gear maintenance: Ability to assist guests with their ski gear.
