Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Radiology Supervisor to join our esteemed healthcare team in Carlisle. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of radiology practices, exceptional leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and enhance the efficiency of radiological procedures.
  • Assist in developing policies and procedures for radiology services.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations of staff members.
  • Coordinate with medical personnel to interpret radiological findings.
  • Ensure the maintenance and calibration of radiology equipment.
  • Investigate and resolve patient complaints and concerns.
  • Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to strategic planning.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration within the department.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or equivalent
  • Certification in management or leadership is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a radiology setting, with supervisory experience preferred
