Job Description

As a Mouthpiece Maker, you will be responsible for designing and crafting bespoke mouthpieces for a variety of brass instruments. Your role will involve working closely with musicians to ensure their specifications and preferences are met, while utilising your knowledge of materials and manufacturing techniques to produce high-quality components.

Responsibilities

• Create custom mouthpieces based on musician feedback and specifications.
• Ensure precision in manufacturing processes for consistency and quality.
• Test mouthpieces for acoustic performance and durability.
• Work collaboratively with the design team to introduce innovative ideas.
• Manage inventory of materials and supplies necessary for production.
• Document manufacturing processes for quality assurance.
• Offer exceptional service and support during client consultations.
• Attend workshops and training to keep skills up to date.
