Quality Assurance Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Manager to lead our QA initiatives. You'll be responsible for implementing robust testing processes and ensuring that our software products meet the highest standards of quality.

Responsibilities

• Create test plans and ensure effective test execution.
• Mentor junior QA staff to promote their professional growth.
• Coordinate and conduct QA audits to identify opportunities for process enhancements.
• Implement automated testing where applicable to increase efficiency.
• Review deliverables to ensure they meet specifications.
• Engage in risk management to mitigate issues proactively.
• Facilitate workshops to gather feedback on QA processes.
• Manage stakeholder expectations regarding project quality.
• Stay compliant with GDPR and other relevant regulations.
• Act as a champion for quality within the organization.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or a relevant field
• Higher-level degrees are an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience leading QA teams

• Performance Testing Tools
• CI/CD Pipeline Management

Certifications

• Google Professional Cloud Architect
• Certified Agile Leadership (CAL)

Languages

• English: Fluent
