Join our dynamic production team as a Milling and Planing Machine Setter, Operator, and Tender. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating various milling and planing machines, performing quality checks, and ensuring optimal production output.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate milling and planing machines according to operational protocols.
• Perform routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Ensure adherence to quality assurance processes throughout production.
• Monitor production schedules and report any delays or discrepancies.
• Support the production team in meeting project deadlines and objectives.
• Implement improvements to enhance production efficiency and machinery performance.

Requirements

Education

• Vocational training in machine operation or a related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Technical Skills

• CNC programming
• Mechanical aptitude

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with lean manufacturing principles: Understanding of lean methodologies to improve production efficiency.
