Job Description

As the Lace Tearing Supervisor, you will manage and oversee lace tearing operations, ensuring productivity and quality standards are met. You will lead a team of lace tearing operators while implementing safety practices and process improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily operations in lace tearing, ensuring production targets are met.
  • Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues and implementing solutions.
  • Foster a positive team environment, encouraging collaboration and communication.
  • Conduct regular training on safety and operational procedures.
  • Prepare detailed reports on production metrics and quality assessments.
  • Review and revise operational procedures to enhance productivity.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Relevant vocational training in textiles is a plus
Experience
  • Prior supervisory experience is desirable

Languages
  • English: Fluent
