Dye Padder Operator

Job Description

We are on the lookout for a skilled Dye Padder Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining dye padder machinery, ensuring precise fabric dyeing while adhering to our quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Monitor dye padder machines during operation to ensure optimal performance.
• Prepare dye solutions accurately for specific fabric requirements.
• Adjust machine settings for temperature, pressure, and dye application.
• Inspect finished fabrics for quality and dye consistency.
• Document daily production statistics and issues.
• Assist in training new operators on machinery usage and safety.
• Ensure compliance with environmental and health regulations.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the team.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant vocational training in textile manufacturing is a plus.

Experience

• Experience with various fabric types and dyeing techniques is advantageous.

• Fabric dyeing techniques

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with textile finishing processes: Knowledge in post-dyeing textile treatments.
