We are seeking enthusiastic Training and Development Specialists to coordinate and manage our training and apprenticeship programmes. Successful candidates will have a passion for nurturing talent and a strong understanding of educational frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Manage the logistics of training sessions, including scheduling and resource allocation.
• Provide feedback and support to apprentices and trainers to improve programme delivery.
• Implement tracking and reporting mechanisms for training effectiveness.
• Assist in developing training materials and resources.
• Work with various stakeholders to ensure training meets organisational needs.

Requirements

Education

• Higher education qualification in relevant field
• Certifications in adult education or training are beneficial

Experience

• Experience in delivering training sessions is advantageous
