Job Description

Join our dynamic pharmacy team as a Pharmacist in Cardiff. In this pivotal role, you will contribute to patient care by dispensing medications, providing health consultations, and ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical regulations. Responsibilities

  • Identify patients' barriers to engaging in daily activities and develop strategies to overcome them.
  • Involve family members in therapy sessions to enhance the support network.
  • Conduct workshops to educate patients on self-management and wellness techniques.
  • Utilise technology and equipment to aid patients in their rehabilitation process.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance therapy services.
  • Stay current with research and developments in occupational therapy practices.
  • Network with community organisations to facilitate patient resources and referrals.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field
  • Additional certifications in related therapeutic areas are preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in clinical therapy settings
