Job Description

We are seeking a Network Systems Analyst with strong analytical skills to manage and improve our network systems. In this role, you'll be instrumental in ensuring system efficiency and reliability, providing technical support, and implementing robust IT solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and improve current network systems and practices.
  • Support local and remote users by resolving connectivity issues.
  • Facilitate the setup of new network hardware and software.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues.
  • Manage vendor relationships and service contracts.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends to recommend improvements.
  • Assist with project management for network enhancement initiatives.
  • Document network changes and recommendations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Further qualifications like a Master's degree are a plus
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in IT operations or network administration
