Job Description

As a Cybersecurity Specialist in Leeds, you will play a vital role in safeguarding our organization against cyber threats. Your expertise will be integral in threat analysis, risk management, and implementing security measures to protect both our digital assets and client data.

Responsibilities

  • Perform risk assessments and vulnerability testing.
  • Implement measures to protect sensitive information from cyber threats.
  • Lead efforts in security incident response and remediation.
  • Collaborate with development teams to secure applications.
  • Maintain knowledge of emerging cybersecurity threats and trends.
  • Analyze and report security metrics to upper management.
  • Participate in security policy formulation and review.
  • Manage firewalls, anti-virus, and intrusion detection systems.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Cybersecurity
  • Relevant certifications are a plus

  • 3-5 years of experience in cybersecurity roles
