Job Description

As a Personal Care Aide, you will play a vital role in providing emotional and physical support to elderly or disabled individuals. Your assistance will include helping them with personal care tasks, preparing meals, and ensuring their overall wellbeing.

Responsibilities

  • Aid clients with personal hygiene and daily routines, ensuring dignity and respect.
  • Prepare meals that meet clients' nutritional guidelines and preferences.
  • Facilitate transportation for clients to healthcare services and community events.
  • Cultivate a friendly and supportive atmosphere through genuine interaction.
  • Assist in maintaining a tidy and organized home environment.
  • Record and report any changes in clients' health or behavior to the care team.
  • Implement mobility assistance techniques for safe client handling.
  • Complete all necessary documentation accurately and promptly.

Education
