We are on the lookout for a passionate Event Planner to join our vibrant team in Cardiff! The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a diverse range of events, from corporate meetings to private celebrations. You will work closely with clients to understand their vision and bring it to life, ensuring every detail is meticulously managed.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement event concepts that resonate with target audiences.
• Manage event budgets, tracking expenses and providing detailed reports.
• Recruit, train, and manage event staff and volunteers.
• Utilize software tools for event management and tracking.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions for future events and programs.
• Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration.
• Handle any unforeseen issues or changes with professionalism and poise.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• Postgraduate qualification in Event or Project Management is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in large-scale event planning
