Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead the event planning process, ensuring all elements are executed flawlessly.
  • Prepare detailed event plans and timelines.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships.
  • Monitor event budgets and manage financial reporting.
  • Collect and analyse feedback to measure event success.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment and communicate effectively.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in event planning with a proven track record
