Job Description

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Technician to join our team in Cambridge. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and administration for our IT systems, ensuring all users have the tools they need to succeed. You will troubleshoot issues, provide helpdesk support, and assist with network administration, contributing to the overall efficiency of our IT operations.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across a variety of platforms.
  • Maintain the network infrastructure, including switches and routers.
  • Document solutions and create user manuals for common issues.
  • Provide recommendations for improvements to existing systems.
  • Assist with the training of staff on new IT tools and software.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
Experience
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in IT support
