Job Description

As a Spindle Frame Carver, you will create intricate patterns on wooden spindles using a variety of hand and power tools. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a passion for craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Lead drilling operations to meet production targets.
• Report on drilling performance and safety incidents.
• Engage in problem-solving during operations to minimize downtime.
• Follow and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment.
• Train and mentor junior drilling staff and crew members.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical certification in drilling operations or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in drilling operations

Technical Skills

• Directional Drilling
• Well Completion

Soft Skills

• Adaptability
• Attention to Detail

Certifications

• Valid Offshore Certificate
• First Aid Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in Offshore Operations: Experience working on offshore drilling rigs.
• Advanced Rig Safety Training: Completion of additional safety training for rig workers.
