Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Contract Management Analyst who will be responsible for ensuring compliance with contract negotiation, execution, and management. The ideal candidate will work closely with legal and procurement teams to assess risks and create strategies that align with organisational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Review and approve contracts ensuring compliance with legal and company requirements.
  • Act as a liaison between various departments to align contract management processes.
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to stay updated on industry standards and legal changes.
  • Evaluate contract risks and work on improvement initiatives.
  • Assist in managing and resolving any contract-related issues or disputes.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
  • Postgraduate qualification in a related field is preferred

  • 4+ years of related experience in contract administration
