We are seeking a Clinical Pharmacology Associate to support our clinical trials and research initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality pharmaceutical research.
Responsibilities
Aid in the analysis and interpretation of pharmacological data.
Ensure that all clinical activities are conducted ethically and responsibly.
Organise training sessions for new staff on clinical procedures.
Manage patient recruitment and retention strategies for trials.
Take part in the development of standard operating procedures for clinical research.
Assist in maintaining the quality management system within the department.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Pharmacology, or a related field
Postgraduate qualification is advantageous
Experience
2+ years of experience in clinical research or pharmacology
