Job Description

As a Construction Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all construction activities on the site, ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. You will coordinate with subcontractors, manage staff, and liaise with clients to deliver top-notch results.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage construction teams to ensure quality and timely project completion.
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and vendors on-site.
  • Prepare regular reports on project progress for upper management.
  • Ensure that all construction work complies with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Conduct risk assessments and risk management on-site.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders and site teams.
  • Conduct safety meetings and trainings for site workers.
  • Enforce permits and keep track of daily site operations.
  • Monitor material deliveries and inventory management.
  • Handle client inquiries and concerns related to site activities.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field

  • 5+ years of experience in construction management
