Job Description

We are searching for a detail-oriented Manufacturing Systems Engineer to join our team in Burnley. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing manufacturing processes, improving system efficiencies, and ensuring production meets quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the engineering team to design innovative manufacturing solutions.
• Evaluate equipment and technology for potential upgrades or replacements.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste.
• Monitor production outputs and optimize resource allocation.
• Conduct root cause analysis on production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Support the continuous improvement culture by involving all employees.
• Regularly update stakeholders on project status and performance outcomes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or similar
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• At least 5 years experience with demonstrated success in manufacturing roles
