Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Insurance Analyst based in Brighton. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analysing insurance data, developing reports, and providing insights to improve our services.

Responsibilities

• Utilize software tools to analyse insurance data effectively.
• Develop metrics to track performance and success of insurance products.
• Engage in continuous learning about industry standards and market changes.
• Prepare presentations for stakeholders based on analytical findings.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• Minimum 3 years in data analysis or insurance

Technical Skills

• Insurance Risk Assessment
• Data Visualisation Tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)

Soft Skills

• Presentation Skills
• Time Management

Certifications

• CII Qualified Insurance Practitioner
• Fellowship in Insurance (if applicable)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Professional Membership: Membership in relevant industry bodies (CII, etc.) is a plus.
• Experience with Insurance Claims Processing: Experience managing and evaluating insurance claims.
