Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Metal Cans Supervisor to oversee the production and quality control of metal cans in our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate should possess excellent leadership abilities, technical expertise, and a strong understanding of metal can production processes.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily production schedules and manage workflow in the production area.
  • Evaluate production performance metrics and implement improvements where necessary.
  • Conduct training sessions to educate staff on safety practices and production procedures.
  • Assist in the development of production budgets and monitor expenses.
  • Engage with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Identify risks in the production process and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork and accountability within the production team.

Requirements

Education
  • Relevant vocational or technical qualifications in manufacturing or engineering
Experience
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in metal can production, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
