Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Process Analyst who will play a crucial role in optimising our processes and enhancing operational efficiency. The successful candidate will work closely with various departments to analyse current processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements that align with our strategic goals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct gap analyses on current processes versus desired outcomes.
• Engage in continuous process improvement efforts through data analysis.
• Utilise project management tools to track progress on improvement initiatives.
• Assist in the integration of new technologies and systems into existing workflows.
• Support change management initiatives by communicating changes to all stakeholders.
• Review and validate process documentation with relevant departments.
• Create training materials for staff to ensure smooth adoption of new processes.
• Participate in project teams as a process expert to guide improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Operations Management
• Certification in Business Process Management (BPM) is a plus

Experience

• At least 3 years of experience in process enhancement or business analysis roles

Technical Skills

• Lean Six Sigma
• MS Office Suite

Soft Skills

• Team Leadership

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with ERP systems: Experience working with ERP software like SAP or Oracle.
