Job Description

As a Hospitality Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to our guests and managing hotel operations effectively. Your leadership and management skills will be vital in motivating the team and driving operational success in our Cardiff location.

Responsibilities

  • Direct hotel occupancy and revenue management strategies.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
  • Develop and manage relationships with corporate clients.
  • Act as the primary contact for guest inquiries and concerns.
  • Lead staff meetings to discuss operational challenges and successes.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration is acceptable
  • Master's degree in Hospitality Management preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in hotel management
