Job Description

We are seeking a knowledgeable Supply Chain Analyst to join our team in Basingstoke. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, adept in managing data-driven decisions while ensuring optimal efficiency in our supply chain processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of diverse events, including weddings, corporate gatherings, and social events.
• Assist in creating event themes and concepts in line with client expectations.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations for all events.
• Prepare and manage event budgets to maximize profit while ensuring quality.
• Monitor event trends and competitor activities to remain competitive.
• Participate in post-event wrap-up meetings to highlight successes and lessons learned.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in event management or marketing

Technical Skills

• Social Media Management
• Vendor Negotiation

Certifications

• Event Planning Diploma
• Project Management Professional (PMP)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in corporate event planning: Prior experience with corporate clients and professionalism in execution.
