We are on the lookout for a creative and detail-oriented Event Planner to join our team in Belfast. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in planning and executing various events, ensuring all aspects run smoothly and exceeding client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics and ensure the timely delivery of services.
• Manage venue bookings, catering, and other logistical details.
• Develop event marketing materials and promotional strategies.
• Assist in the creation of event themes and concepts.
• Conduct site visits and inspections prior to events.
• Monitor event budget and prepare financial reports.
• Ensure all events comply with relevant legal requirements.
• Attend events to oversee all aspects and ensure client satisfaction.
• Provide creative solutions to any arising issues during events.
• Foster strong relationships with key players in the industry.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in event management

Technical Skills

• Vendor Management
• Timeline Management

Soft Skills

• Negotiation
• Problem-Solving

Certifications

• Certified Special Events Professional (CSEP)
• FICP Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
