Job Description

We are on the lookout for skilled Food Batchmakers to join our vibrant manufacturing team. As a Batchmaker, you will oversee the operation of blending equipment to create our signature products while maintaining the highest quality standards. You will play a crucial role in our production process, ensuring that all batches are mixed accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate blending machines to produce food products.
• Conduct quality checks on ingredients and final products.
• Participate in training sessions to improve skills and knowledge of food safety practices.
• Liaise with the quality control department to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Document production metrics and batch reports accurately.
• Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues as they arise.
• Train new operators on equipment and safety procedures.
• Work collaboratively with other operators to meet production targets.
• Implement improvements to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
• Report any safety hazards or risks to management promptly.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Prior experience as a Blender Operator or in a similar role preferred.

Languages
