First-Line Supervisors of Mechanics, Installers, and Repairers

Job Description

We are actively seeking a First-Line Supervisor of Mechanics, Installers, and Repairers who will lead a team responsible for operational efficiency and compliance with health and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in supervisory roles and a strong understanding of reclamation processes.

Responsibilities

• Drive performance through team leadership and effective communication.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners and regulatory bodies.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of current reclamation processes and suggest enhancements.
• Prepare and manage the reclamation project budget and timelines.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or related field
• Relevant certifications in environmental management or reclamation preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a supervisory role within reclamation or waste management

Certifications

• Certified Waste Management Professional (CWMP)

Languages

Advantageous

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or environmental services company: Hands-on experience in a relevant field will be advantageous.
