Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Heel Compressor to join our team. The Heel Compressor will be responsible for operating and maintaining air compressor systems, ensuring efficient production and minimizing downtime. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of compressor mechanics and be able to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise.

Responsibilities

• Monitor air compressor performance metrics and make adjustments as needed.
• Conduct regular inspections and test functionalities of compressor systems.
• Document maintenance activities and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve production efficiency.
• Participate in training sessions on new equipment and procedures.
• Drive initiatives for continuous improvement in operational efficiency.
• Assist in developing preventative maintenance schedules.
• Ensure work area remains clean and organized.
• Engage in safety drills and compliance training.
• Provide feedback on equipment performance and suggest enhancements.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical certification in compressor operation and maintenance preferred

Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar manufacturing environment.
