Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Pharmacist to join our team. Your role will include dispensing medications, providing consultations to patients, and monitoring drug therapies. You'll work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to support optimal health outcomes, ensuring our community receives the best possible pharmaceutical care.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all medications are stored safely and securely.
  • Handle patient inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
  • Liaise with other healthcare professionals to support multidisciplinary care.
  • Participate in patient health seminars and health improvement projects.
  • Review pharmacy operations to identify areas for improvement.
  • Comply with local, state, and federal laws regarding pharmacy practice.
  • Contribute to continuous quality improvement activities.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
  • PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences is advantageous
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a clinical pharmacy setting
