Job Description

As an Industrial-Organizational Psychologist, you will play a crucial role in applying psychological principles to improve employee performance and job satisfaction. You will conduct job analyses, develop assessment tools, and provide guidance for organizational change initiatives. We are seeking a proactive professional with experience in workplace dynamics and a strong understanding of psychological theories.

Responsibilities

  • Research and apply psychological theories to workplace scenarios.
  • Conduct focus groups to gather employee feedback on job satisfaction.
  • Draft reports summarising findings from assessments and research.
  • Implement strategies to promote diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
  • Work with HR to align psychological strategies with recruitment processes.
  • Advocate for workplace policies that enhance mental health and well-being.

Requirements

Education
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field
  • Master's degree in Organizational Psychology is desirable
