As an Industrial-Organizational Psychologist, you will play a crucial role in applying psychological principles to improve employee performance and job satisfaction. You will conduct job analyses, develop assessment tools, and provide guidance for organizational change initiatives. Responsibilities

Requirements

Education

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field
• Master's degree in Organizational Psychology is desirable

• Experience in conducting job analyses and developing assessment tools.
