UX/UI Designer

Job Description

We are on the lookout for a passionate UX/UI Designer to join our creative team in Bristol. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing engaging and user-centric interfaces for our clients' products and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define and enforce UX/UI standards across all projects.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create visually compelling promotional materials.
• Analyze user analytics to enhance design effectiveness.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality and attention to detail.
• Participate in team meetings to communicate design strategies and progress.
• Foster a culture of creativity and innovation within the design team.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Design or a related field is a plus

Experience

• Experience in leading design projects is advantageous

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Understanding of accessibility standards: Knowledge of web accessibility guidelines and best practices.
